The Land Rovers and the Singalila National Park permit are paid locally. Lodges on the ridge are basic and cold; carry warm clothes. The views are clearest from October to December.

Day 1 — Bagdogra to Manebhanjan
Arrive at Bagdogra airport or New Jalpaiguri station, where our representative meets you, and drive to Manebhanjan (about 90 km), the gateway to the Singalila ridge on the Nepal border. Overnight stay in Manebhanjan.

Day 2 — Manebhanjan to Tumling
Take a vintage Land Rover of the local syndicate up the steep track via Chitrey to Tumling (about 12 km), with the Singalila National Park permit (vehicle and permit paid locally). Walk on the ridge in the afternoon. Overnight stay at Tumling (simple trekkers' lodge).

Day 3 — Tumling to Sandakphu
Continue along the ridge through Kalipokhri to Sandakphu (about 3,640 m), the highest point in West Bengal. Overnight stay at Sandakphu (simple trekkers' lodge).

Day 4 — Sandakphu sunrise – Darjeeling
At sunrise, see Everest, Lhotse, Makalu and the "Sleeping Buddha" of Kanchenjunga across the horizon, then return by Land Rover to Manebhanjan and drive to Darjeeling. Overnight stay in Darjeeling.

Day 5 — Darjeeling to Bagdogra
After breakfast, drive down to Bagdogra (about 70 km) for your onward journey. The tour ends here.

- To book and confirm your tour, pay 35% of the total package cost as an advance; the balance is due before departure.
- Air and train tickets need full payment.
- Mode of payment: net banking, IMPS, NEFT, cheque, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or QR code. Cash is not accepted.
- Check-in and check-out as per hotel policy.
- A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
- Extra adult 35% and extra child 25% of the package cost (children below 5 complimentary).
- If a listed hotel is unavailable, accommodation is arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
- Transport is provided as per the itinerary and is not at disposal; sightseeing depends on the time available.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: non-refundable deposit (25% of the total package).
- Between 29 and 20 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 25% of the holiday cost.
- Between 19 and 14 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 50% of the holiday cost.
- Between 13 and 8 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 75% of the holiday cost.
- Within 7 days of departure: 100% of the holiday cost.
- Any refund due is paid after Holiday Guru Travel receives the refund from the service providers; processing charges are deducted.
