Day 1 — Arrive in Lucknow – the Imambaras
Arrive at Lucknow airport or station, where our representative meets you. Visit the Bara Imambara and its Bhool Bhulaiya maze of passages, the Asafi mosque and the stepwell, then the Rumi Darwaza gate and the Chota Imambara lit with chandeliers (entry paid locally). Evening in the Chowk for Awadhi kebabs. Overnight stay in Lucknow.

Day 2 — The Residency and Hazratganj
See the ruined British Residency of the 1857 siege and its museum, the Husainabad clock tower and picture gallery, and the Ambedkar memorial park; afternoon on Hazratganj and in the chikankari embroidery shops of Aminabad. Overnight stay in Lucknow.

Day 3 — Departure from Lucknow
After breakfast and a stop at the La Martiniere college façade on the Gomti, the transfer to Lucknow airport or station. The tour ends here.
