Ferries between the islands run on fixed timetables and depend on the weather; ferry tickets, boat trips, water sports, shows and entry fees are not part of the standard package and are quoted or paid locally. Carry a photo ID for ferries and permits. Ferries to Long Island do not run every day, so the order of days may change.

Day 1 — Arrive in Port Blair
Our representative meets you at Port Blair airport for the short drive to your hotel. After lunch, tour the Cellular Jail, the colonial "Kala Pani" prison now a national memorial, and its museum, then watch the sun go down at Corbyn's Cove; the sound-and-light show at the jail is optional (paid locally). Overnight stay in Port Blair.

Day 2 — Ferry to Havelock
Board the ferry for Havelock after an early breakfast (ticket not included); the crossing takes up to two and a half hours. The rest of the day is for Radhanagar beach, with its fine sand and calm water in the dry season, until sundown. Overnight stay in Havelock.

Day 3 — Havelock to Long Island
Take the ferry from Havelock to Long Island in Middle Andaman (ferries run on a few days a week; ticket not included). This small, car-free island has a single village and forest. Overnight stay on Long Island.

Day 4 — Lalaji Bay
Walk through the forest to Lalaji Bay (about 1.5 hours each way), or go by local boat (paid locally), for a nearly empty white-sand beach. Overnight stay on Long Island.

Take the ferry back to Port Blair (ticket not included). Evening on the Marina Park waterfront. Overnight stay in Port Blair.

- To book and confirm your tour, pay 35% of the total package cost as an advance; the balance is due before departure.
- Air and train tickets need full payment.
- Mode of payment: net banking, IMPS, NEFT, cheque, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) or QR code. Cash is not accepted.
- Check-in and check-out as per hotel policy.
- A booking voucher is issued once payment is received.
- Extra adult 35% and extra child 25% of the package cost (children below 5 complimentary).
- If a listed hotel is unavailable, accommodation is arranged in a hotel of similar standard.
- Transport is provided as per the itinerary and is not at disposal; sightseeing depends on the time available.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before departure: non-refundable deposit (25% of the total package).
- Between 29 and 20 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 25% of the holiday cost.
- Between 19 and 14 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 50% of the holiday cost.
- Between 13 and 8 days before departure: non-refundable deposit + 75% of the holiday cost.
- Within 7 days of departure: 100% of the holiday cost.
- Any refund due is paid after Holiday Guru Travel receives the refund from the service providers; processing charges are deducted.
